Gutbürgerliche Küche means warm plates, honest portions and dishes you already know without needing them explained. Nothing fussy on the plate — just food you get up from full.
It is the food a German Wirtsstube has always put together: things from the pan and from the oven, soups and stews, side dishes that actually deserve the name, and a slice of cake in the afternoon if that is the mood.

The beer garden is the reason people stay longer in summer than they meant to. Long tables, shade overhead, and nobody hurrying you along.

How an enquiry works
Call, or fill in the form. Tell us the occasion, the date you have in mind, and roughly how many of you there will be.
We work out what fits. Which room, what time, what goes on the table — that is a conversation, not a form field.
You get a firm confirmation. The celebration is booked once the date and the room are confirmed — not before.
The rooms are different sizes. Just tell us how many guests you are expecting and we will find the right one.
